Rick brings our organization over 25 years of financial management, business operations, leadership and technology-driven business experience.  Rick has achieved his wide array of financial and managerial knowledge while working with organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors.  He invests considerable time in supporting and providing performance-driven tools to all team members in order to elevate our expertise with our clients. In Rick’s pursuit of excellence, he knows that he is helping to make a difference in the lives of our DD clients, which is an extremely rewarding and an incredible benefit of being part of the Stephanie Young Consultant’s Team.
